Property Location: The Beachcomber Beach House sits oceanfront, behind the bustling shops of Paia Town, and is walking distance to shops, restaurants and health food store (downtown Paia).

Beaches: The Beachcomber is ON Paia Bay. The golden sand starts just beyond the fence. (Note: there is a small section of yard beyond the fence that is used for neighboring properties to access the beach.
The swimming, snorkeling beaches of Kihei, Wailea and Makena are 30-45 minutes by car.

Property Description: This plantation style home, sits directly on the golden sand of Paia Bay. What a treat.... walk through your private gate, across a small section of grass, and down to the sand.
The Beachcomber Beach House is located in the heart of Paia town, and is walking distance to the quaint shops and restaurants. This is a unique, little gem, offering the charm of a "beach house", with a sandy beach at the doorstep, and a fresh interior. A gate protects your privacy, and eliminates people passing through the property to access the beach. There is parking at the back of the house. The house is set back from the ocean, with a lovely lawn enclosed by a privacy fence. Just beyond the fence is a section of grass that can be used by guests in neighboring properties to access the beach. The property is fenced down both sides, with landscaping that includes a variety of tropical plants and trees. There is a large deck on the ocean side of the cottage with outdoor lounging, dining, TV and BBQ.
The interior offers three bedrooms (king, queen, two twins), living room, two full bathrooms and a large kitchen (fridge, stove, D/W, microwave).
Other amenities include: central A/C, laundry, telephone, barbecue, cable, Sanos sound system, grassy lawn.

Our opinion: It is very rare to find a BEACHFRONT cottage, with a lovely yard.

Disclosures: Guests of the neighboring properties will pass across the front of the lawn to get to the beach. There is a privacy fence protecting your yard from the area that they will pass on.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 are very small.
