Property
Description:
Located in the cul-de-sac by Mama’s Fish House, Tradewinds Inn is a
triplex,
with (2) two bedroom units, and (1) studio unit. This is a great
North Shore location, with beach access close by, and Paia and Hookipa
a short distance away. Although this property has only a very
tiny
yard, and no oceanviews, you can enjoy the sunset from beach in front
of
Mama's Fish House.
MAKAI - TWO BEDROOM RIGHT -
Located on the right side of the house through the right gate is a two
bedroom apartment with two queen size beds and a fold out couch. The
terra
cotta tiles give this apartment a warm Southwestern feel, yet the
Hawaiian
artwork and fun, bright fabrics of the bedding and furniture settles
one
into an Island style. The open living area looks out on to a small
private
patio. This unit also has a full kitchen (no D/W). Makai
accommodates
up to 4 people.
MAUKA - TWO BEDROOM LEFT -
On the mountain side of the house (through the left hand gate) is a two
bedroom apartment. This apartment has two queen size beds, full
kitchen,
bath and an eclectic decor of, pink Italian tiles, old English stained
glass with Hawaiian accents and Japanese shoji screens. The
open living space gives
this apartment a light
and airy feeling. Recommended for two singles (3 people max). This unit
is slightly smaller than the Makai unit, and the second bedroom is an
interior
room, with no windows.
MANINI STUDIO -
The
spacious studio is located through the left hand gate, first door on
the
right. It has a queen size bed and a fold out futon couch. The sleeping
area and cozy living space are divided by shoji screens, and the whole
apartment is decorated with vintage Hawaiiana prints. It has a separate
full kitchen (NO oven), a heavy duty microwave takes it’s place. It
shares
a plumeria laden court yard with the Mauka apartment. The Manini studio
is recommended for a single person or couple Each unit has
cable TV, VCR, compact stereo,
telephone,
shared coin operated laundry and gas BBQ. |
