Maui Kamaole sits on a little hill across the street from the ocean towards the south (Wailea) end of Kihei. The units at the front have good ocean views, as there are no buildings on the ocean side of the street. This is the newest condo property in the Kihei/Wailea area, low-rise, with lovely grounds and tasteful units. Grounds are well landscaped and include two pools, hot-tub, and gas BBQ areas. Each unit is large (one bedroom units are 1000 sf), nicely furnished, and has full kitchen, two full bathrooms, laundry in unit, TV/VCR, telephone, and large front lanai (patio). The large beach park of Kamaole III is across the street, with plenty of trees for shade, a huge grassy area, and a golden sand beach. There are a few rock outcroppings, which attract fish for snorkeling. If you're looking for a long walk, walk five minutes down Kihei Road, hop onto Keawekapu Beach, and walk the beaches all the way through Wailea.MY NOTES: Great choice if quality of unit is a concern. Units are much larger than most condos, and decorating is modern.
